The Elms

West Lindsey sits within easy reach of Lincoln's cathedral, castle and historic streets, yet The Elms offers a quiet country setting on a lane where a nature reserve nearby provides walks and bird-watching. The house itself is built for groups: four bedrooms, each with zip-and-link beds that can be configured as doubles or singles, smart TVs in every room, and five bathrooms mean no one queues in the morning. An ensuite serves the principal bedroom; the others have shower rooms and heated towel rails.

Downstairs, the open-plan living and dining space has a woodburner and bi-folding doors that open onto a patio. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the basics. Beyond that, a utility room handles laundry. Outside, an enclosed garden with lawn and patio furniture surrounds a private hot tub that seats eight, along with a barbecue and parking for eight cars. There's also an electric vehicle charging point. One dog stays free of charge.

Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The house is entirely yours—no shared facilities or owners on-site—and it's available from 3pm on arrival, departing by 10am. Smoking is not permitted inside.
