The Hazels

Five miles south of Lincoln, The Hazels sits on a quiet country lane with open countryside around it. A 50-acre nature reserve lies further down the road, offering woodland walks and chances to spot birds. Lincoln itself—with its castle, cathedral and the historic cobbled streets of Bailgate—is within easy reach for days out, as is the Lincolnshire Showground for events and attractions throughout the year.

The house sleeps eight across four bedrooms, each with zip-and-link beds that divide into singles if needed, and each with its own en-suite shower room. A further bathroom serves the property. Downstairs, an open-plan living space centres on a woodburner, with bi-fold doors opening onto a patio. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there's a utility room with a washing machine. All the essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are included. An electric vehicle charging point and parking for four cars are on site.

The private garden includes a hot tub for eight, patio furniture and a barbecue. The property is yours alone, and one well-behaved pet can stay free of charge. No smoking indoors. Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates are available on request.
