The Sycamores

The Sycamores is a four-bedroom house sleeping eight in West Lindsey, with five bathrooms and a hot tub included. Every bedroom has an en suite or access to one, and each comes with a smart TV. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all provided, along with a welcome pack. Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates can be requested in advance.

The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining space with a woodburner and bi-fold doors onto a patio, plus a kitchen equipped for real cooking—there's an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and the usual appliances. A utility room has a washing machine. Upstairs holds the remaining three bedrooms. Outside, you get a private enclosed garden with patio, furniture and a BBQ. The hot tub seats eight and is yours alone to use. There's parking for four cars.

Lincoln city centre lies five miles away, with its castle, cathedral and historic streets full of independent shops and restaurants. A 50-acre nature reserve runs along the lane nearby, good for walks and birdwatching. The property is non-smoking. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge.
