The Townhouse

Gainsborough sits on the Trent valley floor, a market town with Georgian architecture and a working river heritage. The Townhouse is right here in the centre, a three-storey terraced property sleeping six across three bedrooms. One is a super kingsize with an ensuite shower; the others contain a double and two singles. There is a family bathroom on the first floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included.

The ground floor holds a combined living and dining room with a smart TV and doors onto the garden. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine, so you can cook properly or do laundry if you need to. Out back is an enclosed garden with seating and furniture—there is a step down into it. Parking for one car is on site, and there is bike storage. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property is non-smoking.

The town itself has pubs, restaurants and independent shops within easy reach. If you want to venture further, the wider area offers rural Lincolnshire walks and the Trent valley's quieter countryside.
