This ground-floor barn conversion sits in countryside between Gainsborough and Brigg, with fields and walking routes on the doorstep. You get a private hot tub, an enclosed garden with lawn and orchard space, and parking for two cars. An EV charging point is available if needed. The property sleeps two and is yours alone; smoking is not permitted. Gainsborough's shops, pubs and restaurants lie 1¼ miles away, while Lincoln—with its cathedral and castle—is 15 miles south.
