Lincoln's medieval centre—dominated by its castle and cathedral—lies just five miles away, making Water Lily Cottage a comfortable base for exploring the city's cobbled streets, independent shops and restaurants. The Lincolnshire Showground and Scampton Heritage Centre are under ten minutes' drive, while a 50-acre nature reserve down the lane offers walking and birdwatching without leaving the quiet countryside setting.
The cottage sits on the ground floor with an open-plan living space, kitchen with electric oven and hob, and separate dining area opening onto a patio. Two bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom, sleep four comfortably. An electric vehicle charging point and parking for two cars are provided. The enclosed garden includes a private hot tub for four, garden furniture and a barbecue; a large fishing lake on site has seating if you want to spend time by the water. One dog can stay free of charge. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; the property has underfloor heating throughout.
The cottage is non-smoking. Cots and highchairs are available on request.
