White Swan Cottage

White Swan Cottage sits on a quiet country lane with its own enclosed garden and a hot tub for four. The entire ground-floor property is yours alone, with two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and a zip-and-link bed that can be split into singles if needed. Both rooms have a smart TV. A separate toilet serves the open-plan living and dining space, which opens onto the patio through bifold doors; the kitchen is equipped to cook properly, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and all the usual appliances. There's parking for two cars and an electric vehicle charging point on-site.

Pets stay free here. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included. The surrounding lane leads to a 50-acre nature reserve with walking and bird-watching opportunities, and there's a coarse fishing lake on the wider property if that appeals. Lincoln itself is five miles away, with the castle, cathedral and historic Bailgate quarter all within reach; the Showground and Hemswell Antique Centre are also nearby. The cottage is no-smoking throughout.
