Wonderful resort located right on the headland over looking Talland Bay. Wonderful indoor swimming pool and small gym on site. Each property is individually owned and decorated differently as a result. There are also many different kinds of properties so best checking directly with them as to which property best suits your needs. For us personally, we prefer the “bungalow” properties that sit at the top of the resort looking over the sea. Very spacious and loads of land outside with no traffic. Perfect for families! Can’t recommend highly enough. Things to consider: the lanes are very narrow to reach the Bay, Talland so if you are a nervous driver, keep that in mind. The site is quite hilly so those with mobility issues could struggle. The site is quite isolated. You need to drive a few miles to get to the nearest shop, although they do stock essentials on site.

We love this place and you should book. The staff are super lovely and helpful. The properties are spacious, clean, modern, with nice waterfall showers. The hot tubs are great and they visit every day to keep them fresh. The site is well-maintained, clean and safe. The indoor pool is a decent size, nice and warm. Note: it's 1.2m deep throughout; our 8yo seal cub was fine bouncing about in there but there's no shallow end for smaller breeds of penguin. Gym is small but totally fine, rowing machine, treadmill, free weights, bikes, space for one yoga mat. Another note: the gym and pool don't open till 9am and they close at 7pm. This can feel a *little bit* restrictive, if you want a wind-down after a day out or the kids want an early swim. The views over the bay are absolutely stonking, and the walk down to Talland Bay itself is wonderful (if steep!). Make sure you go through the Norman church at least once; well worth it. Talland Bay is superb: top rockpooling and clambering, loads of interest, plus a nice cafe (pasties, ice creams, rockpool nets) and a portaloo (essential). It's well connected for Looe and the Eden Project, there's a go-karting place nearby... I mean, what's not to like? If you're in two minds, take this as a hearty recommendation.
