Ledi

Ledi is a ground-floor cottage sleeping four, set in countryside two miles from Linlithgow with the coast five miles away. The open-plan living space brings together kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with Freeview TV and views across woodland toward open fields. One double and one twin bedroom connect to a shower room with walk-in enclosure. The kitchen comes complete with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine—everything needed to cook and eat properly during your stay.

Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included. Heating throughout uses electric panel heaters, with additional underfloor heating in the living area. From the large decked terrace you can watch wildlife in the surrounding parkland. Private parking fits two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The location suits families and groups wanting easy access to Edinburgh and Glasgow—both reachable within 25 minutes by train—while staying somewhere genuinely quiet. No smoking inside.
