The Farmhouse is a substantial family home near Broxburn in West Lothian, spread across three floors with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sleeps up to 13 guests and comes as an entire property to yourselves, making it suitable for large family gatherings or groups of friends travelling together. One dog is welcome. The house is a non-smoking property.
On the ground floor, two living rooms offer space to spread out—one has a wood burner and opens onto decking where a private hot tub for eight sits ready. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, the five bedrooms combine king and single beds across different configurations. Three bathrooms, distributed over all floors, mean mornings run smoothly. Wifi, electricity, bed linen, towels and initial fuel for the wood burner are included.
The property is near Esso in Broxburn, with private parking for five cars. Families and larger groups find the flexible bedroom layouts practical; the stairgate, travel cot and highchair are provided. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.
