Roundhill

Roundhill is a single-storey detached house in rural countryside near the county line, with everything on ground level and road access across two steps. The property sleeps five: a king bedroom, a bedroom with three-quarter double and single beds, and a third single bedroom, served by one bathroom plus a separate toilet. A sitting room with woodburner and 40-inch TV, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher make up the rest. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included, along with initial logs for the fire.

An enclosed lawn wraps around the house with patio seating, and there is parking for four cars on site. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The area opens onto numerous bridleways and footpaths suitable for walking or cycling. Sulgrave Manor, Canons Ashby and Castle Ashby are nearby; Silverstone racing circuit is within reach for those interested in motorsport. Bicester Village, Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds lie within 30 minutes' drive, while Oxford is further but accessible. A shop, pub and restaurant are two miles away. The house draws water from a natural spring on the property.
