Beechnut Cottage is a one-bedroom conversion of what was once a farm building at Heath Farm, now part of a small cluster of stone properties scattered across woodland and meadows. The entire cottage is yours alone, with everything on the ground floor: a living space with a wood-burning fire and sofa bed, a dining area, kitchen, and a bedroom with a king-size bed reached via five steps. The shower room has a Moroccan aesthetic that sets it apart from typical holiday lets.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Heating is biomass central heating with fuel for the fire included. Bed linen, towels, electricity and Wi-Fi are covered, and you can park on site. The property is not suitable for smokers.
You have access to a shared courtyard with seating and a barbecue, and the wider 70 acres of grounds include a games shed with croquet, badminton and volleyball, plus an external games room with a pool table and table tennis. Cotswold Baking Ltd is nearby. The location sits between Chipping Norton and Banbury, in countryside bordering an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
