Walnut Cottage suits couples, small families or friends looking for a rural base without isolation. The cottage itself contains two bedrooms—one with a super king bed, the other with two singles accessed through the first room—and a single bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs, the living and dining space centres on a stone fireplace and opens onto a courtyard shared with other properties on the estate. A fully equipped kitchen handles proper cooking, and there's a sofa bed if you need flexible extra sleeping space.

The 70-acre grounds provide the real draw: woodland and meadows to explore, a games shed stocked with croquet, badminton, volleyball and swings, plus an external games room with pool table, table tennis and a projector for film nights. You have access to a shared utility room with washing machine and freezer, and a lawned courtyard with seating and a BBQ. On-site electric car charging is available, and private parking is included. The cottage is non-smoking throughout.

Moreton-in-Marsh lies between the market towns of Chipping Norton and Banbury, with The Redesdale nearby. Essentials like heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are covered; fuel for the open fire is supplied. Travel cots and high chairs can be arranged if needed.
