Cobnut Cottage

Cobnut Cottage is a converted farm building at Heath Farm, a rural estate near Chipping Norton in West Oxfordshire. You get the whole property to yourself: a ground floor with living and dining rooms and a fitted kitchen, plus two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has a walk-in shower; the other a bath with shower attachment. Both beds are zip-and-link super kingsize, convertible to twins if needed. A separate ground-floor toilet, parking on site and wifi are included in the rent, along with bed linen, towels and heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. An external utility room shared with other properties on the estate has an extra freezer and washing machine if you need it. The grounds hold 70 acres of woodland and meadows. Guests can use a shared courtyard with seating and a barbecue, a games shed with croquet, badminton, swings and outdoor chess, and an external games room with a pool table, table tennis, dartboard, exercise equipment and a video projector. The property does not permit smoking. Travel cots and high chairs are available on request.
