Hillview Barn

Hillview Barn is a converted barn sleeping six across three bedrooms, located in rural West Oxfordshire within a mile of a pub. The property stands on its own, with a private terrace equipped for outdoor cooking and dining, plus access to five acres of gardens at Kingham Lodge and free parking.

Downstairs, an open-plan layout with oak flooring contains the kitchen, dining table for six and seating area. The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering. Underfloor heating and air circulation keep the space comfortable throughout the year. The master bedroom upstairs has a kingsize four-poster bed and en-suite wet room; a twin bedroom on the same floor uses the family bathroom. A second twin bedroom on the top floor, with countryside views and its own en-suite wet room, can be configured as a super-king if needed. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking is permitted.
