Kites Gate Cottage

Kingham is a village in the heart of the Cotswolds, positioned between Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold and Burford. Kites Gate Cottage sits within the grounds of Kingham Lodge, where five self-catering properties share 5 acres of landscaped gardens. The cottage itself is a three-bedroom house sleeping six, arranged across three floors with an ensuite wet room on each of the upper two levels, plus a family bathroom on the first floor. Ground level contains the open-plan living and dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet.

Each bedroom has either a four-poster double or zip-and-link single beds that can be configured as needed. The kitchen handles full self-catering—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer are all there. The living area has a 42-inch TV, DVD player and comfortable seating. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The cottage has its own lawned garden with patio and furniture, with parking for four cars.

Beyond the garden gates, the shared grounds offer an 11-metre heated indoor swimming pool with Turkish hammam and changing facilities, plus a viewing room with surround sound and Sky TV for entertainment. A tennis court is available on site. The village has a pub and general store within walking distance. Note that an unfenced pond sits 550 yards from the property, and the cottage is non-smoking throughout.
