The Loft

The Loft is a first-floor apartment in Kingham, sleeping four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed; the other contains zip-and-link single beds. An open-plan living space includes a kitchen equipped for self-catering, and a Juliet balcony overlooks the grounds. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided.

The real draw is the shared facilities on the 5-acre landscaped grounds: an 11-metre heated swimming pool with Turkish Hammam, a separate Sequoia Room for films and sports, and a tennis court. Parking is available for two cars, and there's secure bike storage for exploring the countryside. The village of Kingham sits between Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold and Burford, making it a good base for the Cotswolds. No smoking is permitted, and there is an unfenced pond 550 yards away from the property.
