Aisgill Farm - Aisgill Farm Stable
Westmorland and Furness
View on Google MapsAisgill Farm Stable is a one-bedroom conversion on a working farm, set in the high moorland between the Eden Valley and Yorkshire Dales. You enter directly into an open-plan space where living, kitchen, and dining occupy one room—a sensible arrangement for two people, with a leather sofa facing the Smart TV and a distinctive dining table. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, and washing machine; upstairs, the bedroom has a double bed under vaulted ceilings with original beams, and the shower and toilet are built into the room itself rather than separated into a formal bathroom.
Essentials are covered: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. There is parking for one car on site and a bike store. The property does not permit smoking.
This corner of Westmorland sits close to Aisgill Force and the moorland of Mallerstang Valley, both reachable on foot from the door. The Settle-Carlisle Railway passes nearby; Pendragon Castle ruins and the fell walking around Wild Boar Fell draw people back year after year. The Yorkshire Dales and Lake District are within reach for longer expeditions.
