You enter Chartfield through a small courtyard to find a properly proportioned end-terrace with space for eight across five bedrooms. The ground floor opens into a main living room with gas fire and television, and a second sitting room with woodburner and a larger screen—the kind of setup that lets a group split naturally rather than crowd one space. There's a separate dining room, a kitchen fitted for actual cooking (gas range, dishwasher, everything needed), and a shower room with cubicle.

Upstairs holds the bedrooms: a double with ensuite and shower, a super kingsize, two singles, and another single. A further shower room serves the landing. Bed linen, towels, heating and wi-fi are all covered. The small gated courtyard outside has seating and a picnic table; parking is on-road or via permit to the public car park nearby.

The location matters—you're a short walk from Windermere town centre and its pubs and restaurants. One dog stays free. No smoking inside. Arrival after 15:00, departure before 10:00.
