Off road parking for 1 car, on road parking for 1 vehicle using the Parking Permit. Enclosed patio area with garden furniture and hot tub. This fireplace is ornamental and not functional. Two well-behaved small dogs allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Max 5 adults - adults to use the bottom bunk only.
