Ghyll Close

Ghyll Close is a modern detached house sleeping six, set in Ings between Windermere and Ambleside. The village offers a working shop, garage and a country pub within a quarter mile; beyond that, the Kentmere Valley opens up for walking and cycling. The property stands on generous grounds with a lawned garden and patio where you can sit out, and dogs stay at no extra cost.

Downstairs, two living spaces with wood burners face the garden through French doors. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob for cooking proper meals. There is a king-size bedroom and a full bathroom with bath and shower on the ground floor. Upstairs, a second king-size room has an en-suite shower, and a third bedroom holds two single beds. Electricity, Wi-Fi and towels are included. Oil-fired central heating means the house is warm in colder months. Non-smokers only.
