The Granary opens straight into a single open-plan room that brings together living, dining and kitchen in one airy space. A double bedroom with ensuite and a twin bedroom with shared bathroom complete the ground floor layout, making it practical for families or two couples. The whole property is yours alone, with private parking for two cars and a patio where you can sit out or light the barbecue.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric cooker, dishwasher and all the usual appliances. Bed linen is provided; heating and electricity are included. A bike store sits ready for exploring the quiet country lanes that characterise the Eden Valley, and you're positioned within easy reach of both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge.

The farm itself stands in rolling countryside with Pennine views, about three miles from the nearest pub, five miles from Kirkby Stephen and the former county town of Appleby. The Settle to Carlisle railway line is five miles away, and various walks start from the surrounding fells and valleys. No smoking inside the property.
