Crosby Garrett, a village in the Eden Valley, sits within reach of the Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and Pennines—making it a natural base for walkers and cyclists. Mains Side is a converted barn here, a short drive from Kirkby Stephen where shops, pubs and restaurants cluster. The surrounding countryside opens up immediately; low fells and quiet valleys are accessible from the property itself.

Inside, a living room with wood burner and French doors to the garden occupies the ground floor alongside a kitchen/dining room fitted with an electric oven, hob and microwave. Upstairs, the single bedroom holds a double bed (4ft 6in). One bathroom serves the property. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The enclosed back garden has a patio, seating and furniture; private parking for one car is on site. No smoking.

The space suits two people. The village has no pub of its own, but Kirkby Stephen lies close by. Walking routes begin at the door, threading through the surrounding fells and valleys.
