Howgillls Accommodation - Howgills Apartment 7
Westmorland and Furness
View on Google MapsSedbergh sits at the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, surrounded by walking routes that range from gentle riverside paths to fell-top views. The market town itself has earned a reputation for independent bookshops, small galleries, cafés and restaurants—everything within a few minutes on foot. Nearby Fairfield Mill, a converted textile factory, houses artist studios and craft workshops. For outdoor activities, the fells and river valleys are immediately accessible, whether you want to walk, fish or simply move through the landscape slowly.
Howgills Apartment 7 is a ground-floor space sleeping up to 6 across two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with bunks. The open-plan living area has a sofa bed as well, a kitchen with electric cooking, and a bathroom with bath and shower. A private patio overlooks the garden, and there is on-site parking for two cars. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. One dog can stay free of charge. The apartment does not permit smoking.
This works well for families or groups after a self-catering base, whether the draw is walking, the book town itself, or simply being somewhere quiet with room to spread out. Sedbergh People's Hall is a short walk away if you want to catch local events or exhibitions.
