Lake View

Lake View is a first-floor apartment with everything needed for a self-catering break already in place. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The kitchen has an electric cooker and microwave for cooking; the bathroom combines a bath with shower over it. Parking comprises a garage for one car plus two additional private spaces outside.

The layout spreads across two levels. Downstairs holds a double bedroom and a three-quarter double, along with the bathroom. Upstairs is an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen zone, plus a sitting room with Freeview TV and patio doors opening onto a south-west facing balcony furnished with a bistro table and chairs—views of the lake and fells visible from here and from a large window. A z-bed in the first bedroom provides flexible sleeping for a fourth guest. No smoking throughout.

For exploring the Lake District, the location works well. The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction is nearby, while Ambleside, Grasmere and Ullswater lie within easy driving distance north, Coniston west, and Fell Foot Park south. The lake itself is a 5–10 minute walk away, and local shops, pubs, restaurants, a cinema and boat trips are all close by.
