Sandfold Farm sits on the edge of Ulverston with open countryside views across the surrounding hills. The converted farmhouse offers a real sense of space, with gravelled grounds and parking for three cars. The village itself sits between the Lake District and the Furness Peninsula, with the Millerbeck Light Railway close by for a day out.
Inside, the layout spreads across three floors. The ground floor holds the main living areas: a kitchen and dining room with an electric cooker, dishwasher and all the basics for proper cooking, plus a wood-burning stove; a separate living room with another woodburner and smart TV; and a utility room with washing machine. A study and toilet complete the ground floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms (one with a double bed and ensuite shower, one with a kingsize, one with two singles) and a family bathroom with shower over the bath. The property is yours entirely, with heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi included. One well-behaved dog can stay with you.
The garden has a sitting-out area with furniture, and there is an unfenced stream 40 feet from the house. The property is not suitable for children under 5 years old. No smoking indoors.
