Sheepfold Cottage is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom property sleeping four in the market town of Sedbergh. The ground floor contains an open-plan living and dining space with a working fireplace, plus a kitchen fitted with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—and a shower room. Bed linen, towels, wifi and electricity come as standard; fuel for the fire is provided too.
The cottage sits on a private lot with parking for two cars and a back garden with patio and furniture. Dogs stay free, though no smoking is permitted inside. Sedbergh itself is known as England's book town, with independent bookshops dotting the Main Street alongside pubs and cafés housed in sandstone buildings. Westwood Books is nearby, and the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are both within reach for walks and exploring.

What a lovely cottage. Clean, very well equipped. Don't think there was anything we needed that they didn't have. Cosy, warm and full of sheep! Milk in the fridge was a well needed bonus, also a pack of biscuits and treats for the dogs. Would definitely return to this lovely place 😊🐏
