Spring Grove

The annexe sits on a 50-acre woodland estate at Watermillock in the northern Lake District, within walking distance of Pooley Bridge's pubs and cafes. Ullswater's shore is just across the road, giving access to fishing and launching small boats. The surrounding fell and woodland support regular wildlife – roe deer, badgers, foxes, buzzards and nesting ducks – and there are direct walks from the property itself. Penrith is 7 miles away. The property has a natural water supply from a spring and an unfenced stream in the grounds. No smoking.
