Waingap

Waingap stands on its own grounds in walking country with views across towards Morecambe Bay. The Dales Way runs nearby, and footpaths, bridleways and walled lanes connect directly from the property, making it a natural base for exploring on foot. Kendal is 6 miles away; Lake Windermere, the high fells and other lakes are all within 40 minutes' drive.

The house sleeps seven across four bedrooms: two with single beds, one with a double and one with a single. There are three bathrooms, one ensuite to the double. Downstairs holds a living room with a woodburner, a separate dining room and kitchen with electric cooker and full refrigeration. A utility room on the lower ground floor has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; logs for the burner are available locally. The property has its own spring water supply, a pond in the garden and natural drops in the grounds. Parking for three cars is on site. One dog is welcome. No smoking.
