Weavers Cottage

Stayed at Weavers in June. Our 3rd visit and I’m sure many more will follow. Excellent home from home with everything you need for a great base in the Lakes. Thanks Simon for helping create another memorable holiday

We can't recommend Weavers Cottage highly enough, it is perfect! Spacious, very comfortable beds, and very well located. A couple of minutes' walk from the centre of Cartmel, where there are excellent pubs and restaurants, many of which are dog-friendly. Simon, who deals with the bookings, is very helpful and has many recommendations for the area.

Absolutely loved Weavers Cottage! It was literally a 5 min walk into Cartmel. The cottage itself is gorgeous! Plenty of room and a super kitchen to cater for all culinary needs! The garden was 100% secure even for our inquisitive Cocker Spaniel !! The car charging was also really helpful for our EV. We will definitely return to Weavers Cottage !

We stayed at Weavers Cottage as a family of 8, including grandparents and 2 dogs, to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. The cottage is very nicely decorated and has a nice homely feel to it. It is well equipped with everything you would need for your stay and is kept immaculately clean. The garden is lovely and set in a very peaceful location, only a short easy 5 minute walk from the village. The location is very good for some lovely walks both on the doorstep as well as around some more well known places in the surrounding area. We spent most of our time in the large conservatory which is perfect for large gatherings. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend as suitable for all ages. Simon at Holiday Cottages Cumbria was very helpful throughout our stay and was easily contactable for any queries.
