The Clark’s Cottage

The Clark's Cottage is a seventeenth-century stone cottage in the heart of Kirkby Lonsdale's market town centre. It has two bedrooms—a double and a pair of bunks—and one bathroom, making it suitable for a family of four or two couples. The whole property is yours alone, with a private enclosed patio at the rear furnished with stone benches and cushions.

Downstairs, a living and dining room with a working gas fire connects to a properly equipped kitchen via a short flight of steps. Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathroom with a bath and shower over. Essentials including wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered. The cottage has gas central heating throughout. Note that there are steep and narrow stairs; the kitchen is accessed by steps.

Kirkby Lonsdale itself has independent shops and restaurants within easy reach, and a pub is within a mile's walk. The location works well as a base for exploring the surrounding countryside. One dog can stay at no extra cost. Smoking is not permitted.
