What visitors say
We were privileged to have our wedding at the Museum! We loved the venue which was a naturally beautiful backdrop, the staff and team at the museum were super helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble and were happy when we popped in randomly beforehand to ask questions and were on hand during all the planning and ensured the day ran smoothly. It felt really bespoke and personal to us, allowing us to add our own touches. Sophie in particular was an absolute star as the main point of contact. She really understood what we wanted to do and helped us make it happen! Huge thanks to everyone at the museum - we strongly recommend the museum as a wedding venue or a venue for any other occasion!

It's a must visit museum in Weston-super-Mare. Lots to see around upstairs and downstairs , there is a lift if required for people who need it .Lots of upcoming events. Cafe food looked of a good standard. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. It's free entry so call in and find out for yourself.

Small museum with artifacts from Weston's glory days as a destination resort as well as exhibits describing the changing topography from millions of years in the past to the present. Be sure to look for Clara's Cottage, an exhibit of rooms and furnishings from a former WSM boarding house. Free admission, kid friendly, cafe on site.

What a delight! It is exceptionally well curated and such friendly staff! Do not miss Clara's Cottage and be respectful to her spirit on entry via her back garden. Had a lovely visit and Graham's semi-guided tour just made the experience more special. Thank you.
