The Royal Hotel

Staff are brilliant and friendly, haven't checked in to room yet but already know I'm going to have a lovely stay after last year. The staff accommodate my needs and what I want without a problem. After speaking with one of the directors, I know that a lot of progress is happening so I cant wait to come back next year and see what they've done.

Great location in the centre of the town, with free parking. The staff were very helpful and gave excellent service. Only minor comment the room decoration was a little tired plus the curtains were damaged but this did not spoil our stay in way at all. We were attending a large reunion function in the hotel so it was perfect to only go downstairs, however good to explore Weston-S-Mare on foot during the day.

I recently stayed at the Royal Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their good service really made a difference and added to the overall positive experience. The food service was also excellent. The meals were tasty, well-prepared, and offered at affordable prices, which was a nice bonus. There was a good variety, and everything I tried was enjoyable. Overall, the Royal Hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, relaxing place to stay with friendly staff and good, reasonably priced food. Lunch Drop In Only Desperate to find somewhere safe and decent for a spot of lunch in Weston Super Mare (part of a road trip with no intention of staying over again) we settled on the grandiose looking Royal Hotel. All we were looking for was a simple sandwich and drink lunch and having trudged the desperate/desolate streets of Weston, the Royal was something approximating an oasis in a desert. The restaurant bar itself was symptomatic of the town. Had seen better days and rather tired. But to offset that was a young gentleman serving at the bar who was a great ambassador for the establishment. The food itself, whilst welcome was distinctly average. Why use grated cheese in a cheese-and-something sandwich? Just ends up all over the place! But we at least got a greasy squeezie of genuine Hellman's Mayo and the side serving of chips (extra) were well cooked. Apart from that, not much more to add - except that the loos ver very clean. Nice touch.
