Extremely handy for sea front, if you can get space in the very limited car park. Very friendly service & staff, however felt like time travelling back to the 70s re the decor & furnishings etc. Room, very basic & carpet totally threadbare/dirty, as well as definitely not been cleaned under the bed in a very long time, nor in other parts. Cobwebs in Room & look like, they have been there a while. Room & decor in desperate need of upgrade.

Great staff . Everyone warm and welcoming. Room a good size but decoration a little tired. Bedding all clean, crisp and great for a 2 night stay. Tea,coffee ,hot chocolate and biscuits replenished daily. Bar area has been updated and is very comfortable. The gardens with outside seating are lovely and relaxing. We would definitely return again

Had a very relaxing stay here. Really helpful, kind and welcoming staff. The gardens are absolutely incredible and the hotel is very accessible, ramps to the entrance, a lift, deep stairs and shallow staircase and a place to store a bike which made the stay way more comfortable. Comfy room and cooked to order breakfasts. Will definitely be back again.

Traditional sea front hotel. We stayed here last year and since then some renovations have been completed, a bit more still to do. Our room was lovely with everything you need. No restaurant but plenty of places to eat nearby. Dog friendly .
