What guests say
Greeted at the door by Jamie. Polite and respectful and very welcoming. Prepared with codes for entrance and room (only thing is this could have been given prior to arrival) however lovely to be greeted face to face. Lovely and warm inside. The room was great. Just needs a little bit of TLC, came with fridge, hangers, drawers, kettle and water, teabags. All the good little touches (no hairdryer tho -for those that use them). We were prewarned about the bath overflowing and leaking. Which it did. Towels given. Enough toilet paper also given. Clean. Smelled nice. Few scuffs of the bed because it was leather, no issue really. Housekeeping were impatient and knocked 2 with little time to answer the door. Doors are quite close together meaning we thought at some points people were trying to get into our room.

Highly recommend. We stayed for two nights 17th & 18th June 2026. A lovely warm welcome from Sam. The room was big, very clean, free WiFi, also had a fridge. Didn’t need to carry a key as all doors are key coded. So close to all amenities. The price is so reasonable. A massive thank you to Sam and his team, who clearly work extremely hard. We will definitely be back for another stay. Thanks again and we wish you continued success. Dave & Dawn.

💯recommend this place .booked surprise birthday weekend way for my girlfriend and had asked Sam the new owner if he could put some balloons and banners up in room which he roped in his son and it was really appreciated and he even gave us best room with jacuzzi. Very clean and we will definitely be going back. Thankyou very much Sam . Stuart and Bernie

What a brilliant place this is. Very friendly Extremely clean, in fact ultra clean Just a short walk along the prom to amenities, and the centre of town. Taxis are only a fiver anywhere in the town A great local opposite that sells real ale and has a special on double spirits. I had no idea that a guest house in Weston-super-Mare would have so much going for it. A real winner. Just leave space for me me to rebook
