0 stars from me (but had to put one) Don't go to this Cinema. Not worth it. Two individuals behind the desk.... apparently female manager, and co-worker/boyfriend behind the desk. They were rude and obnoxious... accusing me of being drunk as I was there with an older male friend, baring in mind I had been in there completely fine with an older male friend and watched two films previously in the last couple of weeks. We went to Cineworld, had a better experience. Well worth the money for Cineworld in Weston. Staff were alot kinder and professional. Not like the women last night in Merlin's thinking it's funny and smirking....(So unprofessional)

We came this weekend for a birthday celebration to Watch Wicked: for good. There were 9 of us to organise and staff were amazing. Thank you to the staff, and manager for the birthday gift also, my daughter was really pleased.

I visited this cinema recently with my daughter. All the staff went out of their way to be helpful. I didn't realise there is a flight of steps to get to the bottom row of seats and my daughter is a wheelchair user. Luckily a staff member told us about the steps as we showed our tickets, he said at the tills they could swap our seats to wheelchair accessible ones. The staff changed our seats quickly and directed us to the lift to access the back of the screen. It's nice and clean with comfy seats, but the great service really made it for us.

Screens are always clean and there are plenty of seats to choose from. I want to support the cinema as I don't want to lose it, but when it costs over £13 for a drink and popcorn it ends up costing too much per person. As a family of four I will just be buying the tickets from now on.
