We booked in to escape the heatwave and it was one of the best decisions ever! Air con was lush and easy to control, room was clean, beds super comfy, telly gets lots of channels. Michael was on reception and bar when we stayed and he was lovely. Food was great and the dinner meal deal was very good value for money. Breakfast in am was great too- big selection with dairy free/gluten free options available. Great stay!

Large group of us stayed one night before a comic con in WSM. Air con worked fine. Room was very room when arrived. Air con sorted it. Decent bed, room towels etc for budget hotel. Fri 21st Nov 25. Receptionist great. But kitchen staff Emily and Will. Absolutely amazing. 16 of us booked for dinner in restaurant. 2 kitchen staff. They dealt with our orders as quickly as they good. Kept friendly and kind despite kitchen heat and such a large group. Thank you Will and Emily Drink selection great. Soft drinks expensive

When we arrived the receptionist was extremely helpful polite and professional. Our room was clean , we had fresh towels, bedding , shower gel, soap, a kettle, tea, coffee,milk etc. Our breakfast was fabulous and so much to choose from. Michael and Alan were outstanding, polite, professional and really went the extra mile. The breakfast area was spotless and our breakfast was hot, tasty. We would like to thank Alan who was our breakfast manager for his friendly welcome help this morning.

Room dirty tissues under bed. Not good when with dog. Hallways not very clean. Bin overflowing outside. Coundn't even get a pizza. Good there is a pub across the road.
