Discount for carers. Clean well maintained toilets on site with good sized cubicles. Baby changing facilities. Good sized car park, with disabled bays as well, free parking. Very good gift shop selling jackets, hats, t-shirts, models, etc. Cafe on site with large seating area. Staff were friendly and it was good to wander around. There are also two buildings outside, so don't miss those. Play park on site. Special events held on site, I suggest you look ahead. I saw a sign for upcoming Dalek event. One of the helicopters was actually used in the Marvel movie 'Black Widow'. Couple of royal helicopters as well. Should have no problem if you have a pram. It was on the flat.

Outstanding place to visit, loads of history and fabulously maintained exhibits. Staff were very friendly and the cafe provides great value food and drink Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and your ticket will allow you to return within the year too

Amazing food and service, staff are so nice. Very interesting displays, toilets are fantastic, there’s great information boards and a trail and boolet kids can work on. There is also a well stocked little shop area with great items, came on a weekday and it was quite quiet. Uploaded loads of photos

If you're looking for a family day out, the Helicopter Museum can be an option. Weather-proof: Most displays are indoors. Bonus: Keep your tickets—you can visit again for free within a year! The "Royal" Factor: You can see the actual helicopter used by the Queen. Diverse: Everything from giant military machines to tiny autogyros and fascinating engine displays. It’s educational, impressive, and very well-maintained. We'll definitely be using our free return soon!
