Rude staff, went for help from a member of staff, as a guest in the hotel had parked too close to our car where my husband couldn’t get into the drivers side, to be told by the lady in reception that they don’t own the car park and their is nothing they can do, she told my husband to climb over (would she have asked a disabled person to do this or a older person) my husband refused to do that, we got no help so we told her that we would start to knock on the doors to find out who it belongs to as we was wanting to move onto our destination, as we left reception she rudely said to someone you can’t help some people in a rude way, anyway we went for breakfast (which wasn’t the best) and went back to her to find out who owned the car park for details, as we were in having breakfast she actually tracked down the owner on cctv and had contacted her, why see couldn’t have done that in the first place everyone would have been ok about the situation. As for the room my god they were too hot to go sleep in, I wouldn’t go back to this hotel.

Had a good stay. Staff in reception helpful and sorted an issue immediately. Housekeeping staff were lovely. Yes, the rooms are hot but fans are provided in the room and the windows had been left open prior to us arriving. Comfy bed, good choice of pillows, duvet was like a weighted blanket! En-suite was very clean, towels were plentiful. On-site parking is a bonus, breakfast was ok.

Hotel appears a bit run down outside. We stayed in the family room in the annex the room was clean. No shower curtain so water went everywhere. The windows could be updated to reduce noise, very noisy from the cars during the night. No air con in the room and it was very hot in the room throughout our stay. Temperatures outside during our stay 21-26 so not heatwave weather but felt like it in the hotel room. Breakfast was good.

Located on the sea front, this is an ideal location to either stay whilst visiting or passing through. Bedrooms were clean and well equipped. Modern bathroom facilities. Good options for breakfast. Relaxed feeling in general. Thanks Premier Inn!
