About Alendale
Weymouth's beach and historic harbour are both within easy reach of Alendale, along with a choice of pubs, restaurants and bars for evenings out. Golf, fishing and watersports are all nearby too, making this a practical base whether the plan is a walk along the seafront or a day spent more actively.
Alendale itself occupies a Georgian building at 4 Waterloo Place, with individually styled rooms that each have their own en-suite bathroom. Rooms come with drinks available, and family rooms are on offer for those travelling with children. A cooked breakfast is included to set guests up for the day, and free WiFi is available throughout.
Reception operates around the clock, useful for late arrivals or early starts, and free on-site parking removes one of the usual headaches of visiting a seaside town. Jamie's and Nicola are great hosts, the B and B is amazingly clean and tidy, lovely views from the windows, 30 second walk to the beach 10 min walk to the centre of town and the harbour. I can't recommend this place enough. We've stayed a few times in the last few years and we'll keep going back.

Just stayed at the Alendale. 28th March. To 31st March. Had a beautiful stay .Jamie and Nicola were fantastic hosts nothing was to much trouble . Very considerate and thoughtful and made us welcome . Lovely room . Comfy bed and a great sleep . Breakfast was perfect , really good choice . It was very clean . The whole stay was perfect . We highly recommend staying with Jamie and Nicola . We will be staying there again . Thank you for a fabulous few days . Chris and Diane windless.

Took part in the Armed Forces Day Parade.2024. So for the first time,Caroline and I stayed at the Alendale, to say it was first class would be an understatement. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The Breakfast's were 1st class, and second to none, overall we give it 10/10. Both Caroline and I recommend it very much. Thank you both for a wonderful weekend, and hopefully see you next year.
