Rooms at Letchworth Guest House are kept simple and uncluttered, each with its own en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee to hand, and free WiFi for anyone wanting to stay connected. Some rooms look out over the bay, a nice bonus given the setting on Waterloo Place in Weymouth, and the whole place is run as adults-only accommodation, so it suits couples and those after a quieter stay.
The building itself is a Victorian townhouse, and breakfast is served on site each morning, a straightforward start to the day before heading out to explore. Reception is staffed around the clock, and free on-site parking is available, which is a genuine convenience in a seaside town where space can be tight.
Weymouth's pubs, bars and restaurants are all close by, and the wider area gives plenty of reason to stay active, with cycling and walking routes, golf, fishing and watersports all within easy reach. The Jurassic Coast is on the doorstep too, making this a practical base for a few days spent outdoors as much as in.

The owners were very friendly and exceptionally helpful from bookings, payments, info on checking in, parking, facilities in the room, information binder with info on nr by bars restaurants and tips on places to visit etc, amazing breakfast and overall great value for money. We had the top floor to ourselves with private bathroom and living room so plenty of room for two of us, water and milk in our fridge was a nice touch aswell especially with the hot weather we had, definitely will be going back again 👌

We had a lovely long weekend at the Letchworth. Dion and Feona gave us such a warm welcome the moment we arrived we knew our stay would be great. Beautiful room on the 2nd floor with a bay window looking out to the promenade and beach. Lovely touches in the room (easter chocolate!), wine glasses and corkscrew and a mini fridge so we had fresh milk for tea. Delicious breakfast. Only downside was they were fully booked for when we wanted to go back!

Dion and Fiona were welcoming and helpful. Their b &b was clean, comfortable, and a great location, right by the beach and restaurants. It’s also nearby bus stops and the train station, no need for a car. Next time we come to Weymouth, we will definitely stay there again!

Such kind, welcoming hosts who made sure the stay was pleasant. Wide variety of breakfast options. Great advice for local restaurants and places to visit. Will stay again next time in Weymouth. Highly recommend
