About Penn House Hotel
Penn House Hotel has just seven rooms, giving it the feel of a small, personally run guesthouse rather than a large hotel, spread across four floors at 21 Brunswick Terrace in Weymouth. Several rooms come with sea views, and all have en-suite bathrooms, with drinks available in room and a 24 hour reception for guests coming and going at odd hours.
Breakfast is included and free WiFi runs throughout the building, covering the basics well for a short seaside stay. There's no parking on site, so anyone arriving by car will need to make separate arrangements nearby, but the seafront location makes it easy to leave the car behind once you've settled in.
Weymouth itself is close by, and the surrounding area offers walking and cycling routes, watersports, fishing, and a golf course, along with pubs, restaurants and entertainment within easy reach. Corfe Castle is also nearby for a day trip inland, making Penn House Hotel a straightforward base for exploring both the coast and the Dorset countryside beyond it.

Just had 3 nights stay, we have stayed many times, Rodney and Kez are the most delightful couple, Kez is always so happy and chatty in morning it makes a great start for the day, the rooms are very clean, fresh water, coffee etc replaced every day, the breakfast was fantastic and no problem with Gluten Free, so near to beach and flat for those less mobile. Would recommend to all, and certainly hope to return soon.

My and my friends got to stay here last Summer and it was amazing. We were studying abroad in London and wanted a quiet getaway... Weymouth is a gem! This Bed and Breakfast really made our trip amazing, it's a waterfront property with extremely warm and kind hosts. It's the kind of place you'd want to take your family to see year after year. The room was clean and beautiful, we had a view of the ocean and could hear it with the window open. Breakfast was fantastic (they have full English Breakfast in the morning) and we were lucky to have our stay be on a couple of sunny days and we were able to soak up some sun. Our first day was a bit rainy, but we were able to go on a boat tour reccomend by our hosts of the Jurassic Coast and Durdle Door (tour provided ponchos so the bit of rain wasn't a bother). Shops and restaurants are a short and beautiful walk from Penn House and the sea is so close. Couldn't reccomend this place more!

Our room had a gorgeous sea view and was exceptionally clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient, making many restaurants and bars quickly accessible. Kez and Rodney are lovely and were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning again for another stay.
