Lovely little play area, with ballpit, bouncy castle, ride on cars and a little slide! The cafe is great, good food and everything is so reasonably priced with lovely ladies in the kitchen! Definitely be coming again! Thank you!

Edit: updated details as per owner below to reflect the swapped cost to child and parent and removed the reference to dirty as per owners complaint on my review.. Original review: They are charging admission and it isn’t stated anywhere. 2£ parent and 5£ child for a bouncy castle with lots of children in a cramped place. Dobbies is 3£ with membership 4£ without. Toddler jump is £8.50 for an hour on trampolines. I did not see this as value and I will not return again.

Have been 3 times now, 3 weeks in a row and it will definitely be a regular from now on. We were made to feel so welcome and us and our toddlers enjoyed the first visit so much that we keep coming back.. The atmosphere is really lovely, welcoming, warm and friendly. The soft play and bouncy castle is fantastic, keeps the little ones (and us) entertained for ages and is really clean and well maintained. The coffee is great and the food (especially the toasties) is delicious and so reasonably priced. Cannot fault this place, just great all round.

I can’t recommend big Mamas soft play enough 😊 our first time here today and made to feel very welcome. My daughter is 13months and loved all the soft play and bouncy castle. Hot drinks were great value for money. We will definitely be back.
