Spread across three generous fields on Pen Back Farm in the Carmarthenshire countryside, Cowpots Camping gives every pitch serious elbow room – the largest field alone spans around 11 acres. Each spot comes with its own eco-friendly bathroom pod (composting loo, hot off-grid shower), plus a private water supply, washing-up area, picnic bench and stone firepit. Long grass and willow trees create natural privacy between neighbours, while red kites, buzzards and a lively dawn chorus of songbirds provide the soundtrack.
The on-site pizzeria, The Cowshed, serves homemade pizzas and award-winning ice cream, and there's a Wild Wellbeing Spa offering outdoor sauna, hot tub and cold plunge pool (though it's also open to the public, so not exclusively for campers). Sandy Telpyn beach lies 15 minutes' drive away and welcomes dogs year-round. Whitland, five minutes by car, covers everyday shop and pub needs. What visitors say
I've been camping since I was a child and this is by far my favourite camp site in the UK. Generous pitches, unrivalled views, outstanding service from the owners and you get your own hot shower, sink and compost toilet on your pitch! Onsite Pizzeria is a massive convenience and every effort is made to make the site as eco friendly as possible. Cowpots have taken camping to the next level. Perfect mix between convience and getting back to basics. We're going to struggle to find a site that comes close to this one, will 100% be back again.

This was our second time staying at Cowpots and I hope we'll be back! It's a little piece of paradise - just perfect. The pitches are vast and the whole campsite is gorgeous. We loved the new additions of the wild spa and the dog exercise field, and the campsite owners couldn't be kinder. Highly recommend ❤️

Our 1st camping trip of the year and what a beautiful place to start 😍 Owners very welcoming, brilliant communication throughout our stay, pizzeria and ice cream onsite which was beaut! We stayed on spring pitch and was beautiful, so quiet and so peaceful just what was needed the only downside is that we only booked 2 nights 😭 ensuite toilet and shower are super clean! Cleaning products also included , recycle bin, trash bins and food bins on pitch too honestly its the little things 👌 woke up in the morning to a weird honking noise was only a bloody canada goose by our tent 😅 ohh also a secure dog walking field too and spa !!! Such a great place.

We spent a lovely week here. The pitches are large, well maintained and private. The private toilet and shower are a game changer - we loved our stay and hope to come back.
