Elm Tree House

Elm Tree House sits within Hamptworth Golf Course, making it ideal for a golfing break or a family retreat in rural Wiltshire. The property sleeps eight across four bedrooms, each with a king bed and two singles, served by three bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, and living room with woodburner provide everyday comfort, while the private courtyard works well for outdoor meals and gathering.

The course itself offers paddle and pickle alongside golf, and there is clubhouse dining on site. A pub lies within a mile's drive. The essentials are covered—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included. The property is yours alone, with parking for four cars and a fire pit in the garden. No smoking indoors.
