Franco Manca is always a great choice! As consistently good as ever! A special thank you to John for his attentive service. We really appreciated him finding us a table on a busy Friday evening, especially with our two large suitcases. Thank you again, we will definitely be back!

I ordered 2 pizzas, with extra mushrooms and extra tomato sauce, and as you can see from the picture there is nothing of what I ordered extra, plus it is also burnt on the edge of the pizza. As for the taste, it has no taste, you say you are eating gum, if I could I would take the stars off and not give any. From my point of view I do not recommend this pizzeria at all.

I have never given a company a 1 rating in my life; the manager's demeanor is so aggressive that it made me feel intimidated. I entered the branch with the anticipation of enjoying a solo meal. Although the pizza appeared to be well-made, it tasted terrible and was excessively doughy. I mentioned that the pizza was not up to standard. I received a replacement pizza, but the second one was equally bland. The manager spoke to me in a manner that suggested she was not interested in hearing my concerns. As a frequent diner and a food blogger, I aim to celebrate establishments that serve food with passion and provide excellent customer service. I have never encountered a manager like this before, and I was asked to leave the establishment. Upon entering the shop, I paid and looked forward to enjoying a pleasant solo experience. I am composing this feedback while still in the store. I have not exchanged any rude words. I would like Francha Macha to review their CCTV footage so that the manager can learn to be more approachable. I did not request a new pizza; I had already received one. When the manager arrived, she was not even attentive to my comments. It is unfortunate that the manager was unprofessional, while the two staff members on duty were very courteous. It was so nice to watch the two person on shift work with so much professionalism and not being rude. Today date is 14/05/2026 , time of incident 8.00. I thought I take a picture of the two lovely staff who were great. I also thanked them for representing the company well.

Ordered through the Franco Manca app for collection — a focaccia and the Errico Porzio special. I’d tried it a few days ago and loved it, so the whole reason I ordered tonight was specifically to have that pizza again. Timed it around halftime of Atlético Madrid vs Barcelona in the Champions League — not exactly a match you want to miss a minute of, especially as a Barça fan. Turned up and — surprise — they don’t have it. No call, no notification, nothing. The pizza was still on the app, I’d placed and paid for it, and they just… didn’t bother letting me know. Apparently it had been removed from Deliveroo but not from their own app. So their system happily took my money for a pizza they couldn’t make. Brilliant. Ended up getting the current special instead because I was starving and couldn’t exactly go home with nothing and start to cook. But it wasn’t what I wanted, and — to top it off — it was cheaper than the Errico Porzio one. Did the staff notice the price difference? No. I had to ask for the partial refund myself. The special was supposed to be available until today. Today. If you can’t keep your own app updated or contact a customer when their order can’t be fulfilled, don’t offer a collection service. Do not waste your time with ‘Order & Collect’ at Franco Manca. Lesson learned
