The service is okay. We ordered mix Devill which is nearly £24.00 . Portion was okay. The issue was it should to have KING PRAWN which is clearly mentioned in the ingredient instead we found plenty of SHRIMPS in the Dish. Most expensive meat was cut into small pieces and only ONE!!😀 SHRIMP was not even on the ingredients list , when we were asked they said, well vegetables not mentioned as well, but we put them!! Cheeky!! DISAPPOINTED Big Time!! Felt CHEATED!!

My favourite food ever! I love everything on the menu. We do both takeaway and eat in and both are amazing every time. The servers are so friendly and extremely attentive making our experience so special every time. My favourite dishes are: chicken 65, butter chicken, chick blast!!! But I would say order a lot of different dishes to try all the delicious food 🥘

I recently visited Watch me restaurant for my birthday. There was only one lady who was serving everyone and on that day it was quite busy and the prices are too high compared to other restaurants that I have been to. The food was not worth for the prize and I bought chicken 65 sorry but That chicken tasted and smelled really bad and lack of service. I ordered a seafood devil and it was £23 so I was having lots of hope for the price but it was really a disappointment because the seafood that they use is where you can get it from Iceland. I have never seen a starter with a price of a main course and the drinks were too expensive. would I visit this place again in my life? that will be a definite NO!!!!.

I had a disappointing experience ordering online from Watch Me Sri Lankan Restaurant. After placing my order, the overall service felt unprofessional. Communication wasn’t clear, and the experience didn’t meet expectations in terms of customer service. It didn’t feel like there was much care or attention given once the order was placed. What made it worse was what happened after. I left an honest review based on my experience, but instead of handling it professionally, I received a call from the restaurant that turned into an argument. I found this quite uncomfortable and unnecessary. Customers should be able to share genuine feedback without being contacted and challenged afterwards. This has only reinforced my concerns about their customer service. A more respectful and professional approach would have made a big difference.
