Winchester's cathedral and water meadows lie within walking distance, and the South Downs are close enough for a morning drive. Wild Poppy Cottage puts you at the heart of it—a two-bedroom base for exploring the city's Georgian streets, the river, or longer trails further afield. One dog is welcome to come along.

The cottage spreads across two floors: downstairs holds a sitting room with Freeview, a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals, and a shower room; upstairs, the main bedroom has a double bed and a full bathroom with bath and shower. A second bedroom with two single beds means flexibility for guests or children. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered, along with Wi-Fi. You have a private garden with seating and parking for one car on site.

No smoking indoors. Check-in is after 4pm, checkout before 10am.
