Evelyn is the perfect host! We stayed for 3 nights with our little dog ,Teddy . Nothing was too much trouble.The room was cosy and had everything provided for our comfort. The breakfast was a perfect start to the day and Evelyn took the time to chat about the area and suggestions on getting about. We will definitely be back ! Thanks Claire and Nigel

Evelyn was a wonderful host. Our room was so clean and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable and there is free parking out the back. Breakfast was delicious and the location is great! Couldn't fault it!

Thank you Evelyn for our stay last weekend. Everything was perfect from the private parking available at the back, but please ask first as there are limited spaces and it’s quite hard to find free parking on Broad street. Room had everything we needed for our stay and dog friendly too (again it’s polite to check first). Cannot believe how rude some reviews have been. Evelyn was the perfect host, polite and a real fountain of knowledge about places to go, places to eat without booking and also helped out where to go around the surrounding areas to visit other than the lakes on our last day which was really appreciated by us both. We would absolutely love to come again to Dunvegan, so close to the shops, bars and amenities of Windermere. Thank you again Evelyn we really do appreciate it!

Similar experience to a previous review in that just before leaving we were accused of not paying, even when showed confirmation from booking.com and bank statement. Would like to think it was just an honest mistake, as before that the owner was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. The little milk cartons in our room were off but the owner sorted that straight away which was great. Cups at breakfast time were a little dirty.
