The place is warm, cozy and located conveniently near the station. Loved the energy of the host who welcomed us and gave us advise on the places to explore. The room size is good and has everything one needs. There are plenty of breakfast options just as you step in the market area.

Owners are really welcoming and friendly; rooms very clean with a comfy bed, TV and good shower; and a great location. Can’t fault our stay here over the New Year period and will stay again when we next visit the area.

Me and my friend had a great stay here for two nights, welcomed by the lovely members of staff! The room is named after the Orrest Head walk and they told us the whole route for this, appreciate the mountain imagery on the walls too. Beds are comfortable and window is large giving in a lot of light, solid storage space for clothes and other belongings! Staircase is quite walkable and locks at the doors were easy to use, bathroom was clean although there's no soap that is the only downside.

Amazing bed and breakfast. Graham and his wife do a beautiful breakfast. The amount of information they have on Windermere got us off to a great start. The rooms are clean, and your a short walk into the high street or a 30 minute walk into Bowness. Really enjoyed our stay and enjoy the hospitality. Thanks.
